We had new flooring installed by Allsurface Flooring in May, 2024. Approximately 1000 Sq feet of luxury vinyl flooring and approximately 350 sq feet of carpet. Brad and Dale did a great job installing the Vinyl flooring and Caleb and his partner installed the Carpet. All installers did a fantastic job. Brad and Dale did exceptional work and were very professional and timely with their work. All installers moved furniture very carefully and did not damage any items. We will be asking for Brad and Dale to be the installers on any additional flooring projects we may encounter.
All Surface Flooring in Ballwin, Mo is great to do business with. All the employees in the office were very professional and helpful with our project. The sign painted on the store window advertised a sale on “pet friendly flooring.” That was exactly what we were looking for to remove carpeting and replace it with flooring. Making a decision like this is a big one – it is time consuming during the selection process and a major home improvement expense. To be honest, I thought the whole process was going to be overwhelming. However, the staff at All Surface Flooring helped us move through the process with their care and understanding.
The owner, Roy, and two salesmen, Cody and Bruce, were extremely helpful in assisting me select the perfect floor for our needs. I went to the store to look at samples many times during a one year period. Each time, they helped answer my questions. Samples went back and forth from the store to our home multiple times. They were so patient with me!
We finally decided on waterproof Luxury Vinyl Plank. After our order came in, two installers, Alex and Sam put the floor down. They were awesome! They were punctual, professional and skilled with the installation process. The floor is beautiful and easy to clean.
This recommendation letter is written to praise All Surface Flooring for a job well done! I highly recommend this business to anyone looking to make a decision about new flooring. Not only are the people wonderful but the price was very competitive, as well. Please allow them the chance to give you a bid before you make the decision for new flooring.
